Experiential and Event Production

Produced 30+ culture-first activations in my 24-month tenure, including retail takeovers, pop-ups, POS, and collaboration launch events, and end-to-end event production from concept to execution.

• Managed vendor sourcing and logistics across AV, fabrication, catering, and security, with cost-conscious choices to achieve high-quality results within budget retention goals.

• Partnered with multidisciplinary teams (creative, editorial, marketing, sales, and brand partners) to deliver integrated campaigns that generated 1M+ combined impressions and secured global press coverage. Vendor and crew coordination in English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese.

• Built and scaled community-driven programming engaging 4,000+ attendees and strengthening brand presence among local cultural pioneers across different European and North American regions.

• Oversaw budgets of from intimate events of €2K to €250K muklti-day activations, tracking P&L, managing invoicing, and reconciling costs to consistently deliver on budget and improve event margin year-over-year.

• On-site production support, developed run-of-show documents, and implemented contingency planning to ensure flawless event execution across international markets.

• Fostered relationships with artists, talent, and creative collaborators, handling booking, riders, and hospitality to deliver seamless experiences.




Artist Relationship and Event Production

• Artist Care, Boiler Room - Managed communication and event logistics, developing artist-client relationships during the CSD Berlin exclusive edition.

• Tour Manager Valentina Luz, Hemisphere Agency - Translation and liaison between the artist and festival production, creating a seamless performance and travel experience.

• Artist Care Team Lead, Whole Festival - Managed on-site team of 15 members for a major festival featuring 100+ international acts, overseeing transport, artist schedules, and customer service.
